At CapeConnect we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

This Agreement is a binding agreement between you and CapeConnect. It also sets out some of the terms and conditions governing you  purchasing goods and services on this Site, so please read it carefully. If you are uncertain, or you do not agree with the terms and conditions or any of the Annexures then you should not accept them.

We will provide you with the products and installation services only once you have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button when registering with us.

All products purchased or installed comes with a one year guarantee and three months on workmanship

By entering any and all personal information on this Site in the creation of an account, in registering with CapeConnect, in making purchase and/or by accepting this Agreement, you consent to the processing of your personal information by CapeConnect in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
